Nurse Seekers are proud to be recruiting for an RMN Registered Mental Health Nurse, for a specially designed facility in the Newton Abott; which is instrumental to delivering high-quality treatment and care to young people with complex mental health. The facility is purpose-built by specialist architects, with every aspect of them designed to help aid the recovery. Many of the service users have reached crisis point with their mental health, due to this the model of care incorporates both individual and group skills work. The main duties include but are not limited to: Be a self-sufficient practitioner who take responsibly for both the care you give to a young person as well as overseeing the work of others in the team Communicate well with all members of the team Work with the young people and their families in all stages of the care planning process - this includes assessing risks and needs. Be professional, respectful and responsive at all times.
