We are looking for a Registered Manager to manage a Residential Service for young people with ELD in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.

Registered Manager Responsibilities Include

The daily running of the homes

Staff management

Budgets

Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times

Compliance with all current legislation relating

The Successful Candidate Must Have

2 Years management experience within young peoples/Adult LD services

An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted

Have completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5

Excellent working knowledge of childrens homes national minimum standards and the Childrens Act 2010
