Your new role
As an experienced registered manager you will lead your team to know and understand different techniques to best support those in your care, deal with rotas and risk assessments. you will guide your team through their ongoing training whilst making the most of the training available to you as well always encouraging people to work towards their next career progression/promotion through best practice. you will hold safeguarding and positive reinforcement at the heart of everything you do.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • Level 5 health and social care management qualification is essential
  • Experience leading a team with good to outstanding practices is also essential
  • Solid understanding of autistic spectrum disorder is essential
  • Experience in a deputy or higher position
  • Desire to see people succeed is a strong focus.


What You’ll Get In Return

This is a full time permanent position with excellent company benefits, training and career progression. Salaried at £30,000 per annum with excellent holiday package.
