Role: Registered Manager

Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per annum (dependant on experience)

Hours: Full Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Location: Wrexham, North Wales

The Opportunity

Our Next Registered Manager Will Have
  • Mandatory: Level 5 Diploma in Adult Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Experience as a Manager supporting Adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs.
  • The ability to support the management of a 24/7 operation.
  • Experience in working within a framework of safeguarding.
  • Excellent working knowledge of equality and diversity
  • Excellent organisational skills, accurate record keeping with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • A proven track record of managing people and performance, including budgetary control and resource management.
  • Desirable: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or willingness to work towards this
As Registered Manager You Will
  • be responsible for an independent, CIW registered, Adult’s residential home.
  • undertake management of the efficient operation, delivery and development of our residential service through an innovative and person-centred approach
  • ensure that the regulation requirements are met through the Statement of Purpose and that statement meets organisation requirements and is implemented, evaluated and reviewed within the appropriate timescales.
  • take full responsibility for the management of Arrow House
  • provide the highest quality of care and support to Service Users in accordance with Company policies, procedures and practices and the standards met by the Regulatory Body.
The Location

Options Autism are recruiting a Registered Manager to join our team based in Wrexham, North Wales.

Arrow House is situated in a residential area of Wrexham and is a 4-bed communal residential home for adults with (Autism / Learning Disability). Arrow House is located just 15 minutes’ walk from the city centre and has easy access to transport routes. Our teams also have full access to a clinical team/MDT to support the services.

This home is within commuting distance from Flint, Holywell and Chester and surrounding towns and villages.
