We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to join and lead the day-to-day operations of an independent residential home, supporting the elderly. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a high-quality care service, ensuring the well-being and safety of all residents. Alongside ensuring the safe day to day running of the home via an experienced and well-established team, this Registered Manager will have 2 key areas to focus on:
  • Increasing the occupancy rate
  • Developing the team through effective recruitment, training, and succession planning The ideal person for this Registered Manager role will have, or be able to demonstrate:
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a care team within an elderly residential environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, staff, and families
  • Ability to make well-informed decisions, with a solution-focused approach
  • Financial acumen, with experience of managing budgets and resources effectively A competitive salary of circa £45k per annum is on offer alongside ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
