Registered Manager needed for a local, family run, domiciliary care business in Cheshire.

The business has been established now coming up to a decade with a total of six branches.

Their Senior Managers alone boast 99 years of combined care experience between them.

It’s no wonder their branches are sitting on ’Good’ CQC reports across the board.

Now could be your opportunity to join them.

Previous domiciliary care experience is essential for this role, ideally in a management capacity, be that as a Deputy Manager, Team Leader, Care Coordinator or Registered Manager. An NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent, would be a nice to have. Although if you are currently working towards this or have aspirations to do so, with the right experience you may also be considered. A caring nature, a good understanding of quality assurance and the knowledge of what is required of a Registered Manager will set you apart from the rest.
