Role: Children’s Home Registered Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per annum dependent on experience/qualifications
Hours: Full-time; Permanent (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, with on call responsibilities) Unlock your potential - “We make the incredible happen!” We are recruiting a Children’s Home Registered Manager to join our team based in Norwich, Norfolk. The School specialises in communication and learning challenges associated with Autism. The School and Homes are within a private, 30 acre Estate situated within Norfolk’s picturesque and tranquil countryside, close to the town of Banham. This role is within commutable distance of Attleborough, Diss, Thetford and surrounds. Our aim is to build incredible futures by giving our children and young people opportunities to develop their life skills and personal interests, by supporting them to fulfil their potential. Our next Registered Manager will be someone who has:-Mandatory: Level 5 Diploma - Leadership and Management Children’s and Young People
  • Extensive experience of working in a residential setting
  • High level of working knowledge of relevant legislation such as Children’s Act and Quality Care Standards
  • Experience of leading and motivating teams
