They’re looking to recruit a Registered Children Home Manager for their established service based in Goole, Yorkshire. The Registered Children Home Manager in Goole Yorkshire, will be responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children, ensuring that the quality of care provided is consistent in line with company and Ofsted standards. The Registered Children Home Manager in Goole Yorkshire, will be a confident leader and will lead from the front in building a competent, motivated staff team. They should be able to identify any areas of concern in relation to child protection and should be experienced in liaising with local authorities, schools and external health professionals. The Registered Children Home Manager in Goole Yorkshire, will ensure that each child within their care, receives a personalised care plan in line with their education, social, emotional and cultural needs. They will also work with various professionals in ensuring that each child develops to their full potential.
