Regional Workshop Manager

Location: Andover

Salary; �45,000 - �50,000 + Company Car + Bonus

Rota: Monday - Friday DAYS

An opening has become available within a HGV Maintenance Company working as a Regional Workshop Manager to manage there busy service departments.

The client is looking for a qualified Regional Workshop Manager who has supervisory experience to take a leading role in the workshop, ensuring the team of fitters are working efficiently, to the correct standard and compliant to health and safety requirements.

The main responsibilities of the Regional Workshop Manager will include;

Supervise and manage a team of Workshop / Depot and Mobile Fitters Responsible to build and develop relationships with current and new clients Responsible for the sale of service agreements and parts Responsible for co-ordination of labour, materials and any other resources required for a job Assist Hire Desk Manager with on-site breakdown management Stock checks on assets, flagging any issues, KPI Booking external contractors to attend the site with breakdown To produce maximum profitability, maximum efficiency and maintain the best customer service possible

The successful Regional Workshop Manager will have the following skills;

Experience within the HGV Industry Experience managing HGV maintenance depots. Experience managing large teams of technicians and multiple sites In possession of a full, valid Driving Licence
