Training and Compliance Lead / Health & Social Care / Busy, Successful & Growing Company / Wonderful opportunity to join a friendly team

A rare opportunity to join a growing, award winning care company at our head offices as the Training and Compliance Lead. This incredible opportunity will have you working within the senior management team where you will have an interesting and varied role, from three days training per week/fortnight to working with the Registered Manager on our compliance system. You will be responsible for the training pipeline for all new employees and so you will be a critical cog in our friendly onboarding process.

This exciting role would be absolutely perfect for someone who has worked in healthcare before and would relish a head office role utilising their experience to deliver training and work on compliance for a friendly family run business with plans to grow and always better itself.

We have custom designed our own Carefour Academy for our training and you will be at the forefront of delivering it to our new care staff.

We are a friendly bunch, with a positive team culture, helping each other and supporting one another in our roles.

Requirements and Skills

  • Previous training experience
  • Good computer skills
  • Good understanding of CQC expectations and
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
