We want you to help us develop and inspire our Copart team!

As the person who will help us increase Copart’s performance and productivity you will drive continuous improvement by delivering high quality engaging training.

If you have a passion for people, a creative flair for designing learning activities, and a drive to positively impact business performance, then we would love to hear from you.

What you will be doing...

  • Identifying training opportunities
  • Designing and delivering high quality training
  • Tracking the benefits of training delivered
  • Liaising with senior personnel to organise logistics of training
  • Creating training documentation, plans and schedules
