Are you an experienced professional in the care industry looking for a challenging role? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Support Manager to join our client’s team in their brand new Scottish Division.

This division will consist of up to 9 care homes in your area and offers an attractive salary of up to 65,000 per annum, with the potential for a discretionary bonus of up to 20% of your salary. You’ll be based in the beautiful location of Lanarkshire / West Scotland, and will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents.

As The Regional Support Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Ensuring resources at home level are utilised efficiently to achieve the best results.
  • Managing finances effectively within the homes, including budget management, payroll, and revenue enhancement.
  • Making every effort to achieve the highest standards of person-centred planning and personalised help in all homes.
  • Supporting managers in under-performing homes and developing effective action plans.
  • Recruiting and retaining quality staff

The ideal person for the Regional Support Manager role will have:

  • At least of 5 years’ background working in as a Care Home Manager.
  • A nursing qualification (RGN / RMN) is preferred.
  • A background in of delivering high-quality care.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulation and legislation in a care home environment.
  • An expertise of employment law and HR processes.
  • A history of delivering great financial results.
