Location:Halifax



Salary:£29,000Shift:Days M-F



Hours:Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm & 9.30am-6.00pm (38.75hrs)Benefits:Pension: 6% employer, 5% employee ,25 days holiday (plus statutory), Death in service 3x annual salary, Company sick pay scheme on passing 6 months probationary. About your new Regional Service Controller roleOpportunity to join the market leading supplier of specialist vehicles, equipment and support to the UK logistics, distribution, port, industrial, aviation, fire and rescue, road and rail sectors as a Regional Service Controller. You will be responsible for supervising all maintenance and repair activities within a defined geographical areaDuties of the Regional Service Controller-Supervise all maintenance and repair activities within a geographical area.
  • Action customer repair, maintenance and breakdown requests in a timely and cost effective manor.
  • Monitor and organise all service inspection contracts.
  • Take customer calls and log repair notifications.
  • Allocate appropriate Field Service Engineer response to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintaining established and new contract plans. Ensuring that all scheduled maintenance contracts are managed in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Liaise with UK service supervisor and Service Manager regarding any issues that may arise.
  • Keep customers updated on the reported job progress. Required skills for the Regional Service Controller
