Regional Sales Manager

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager with great understanding off the sales process life cycle and people management to help with performance monitoring and territory management to meet the needs of the business.

This is a full-timerole, 37.5 hours, split between our HQ (HU10 6DN), the field and your remote work location.

  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to Team Leaders, ensuring their teams are well-trained, motivated, and capable of delivering results. Promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for teams and individuals. Regularly assess team and individual performance, providing coaching and feedback as necessary.
  • Training and Development: Work closely with the team leaders to identify training needs and provide coaching and development programs to enhance the capabilities of the sales teams
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Customer Support, to align strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Customer Focus: Advocate for a customer-centric approach, ensuring that customer needs are understood and prioritized within the sales strategy.

Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…

  • Proven experience in field sales management, preferably within the telecommunications or ISP industry.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proficient in using sales performance tracking systems and software.
