A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)

You will join AGT CoC team (GS D GSO AGT SAS) of Regional Sales support Managers working collaboratively with AGT Mkt & Sales Development and Commercialization and wider functional teams within Aero Gas Turbines business to develop sales strategy for key opportunities for AGT Customers in REU region primarily focusing on UK and Scandinavia. This will include focus on key Operator Parts and Mods and Ups opportunities to be developed along with Regional Services Sales team for all AGT Frames This role will involve a certain amount of travel as and when required.


How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

  • Build close working relationship with Regional sales teams, develop AGT sales pipeline for Mods and Ups and Operator Parts based on understanding of regional market trends, customer spending etc..
  • Develop order intake forecast and improve Forecast accuracy.
  • Help Regional Sales team to develop sales strategies, pricing guidelines for Mods and Ups product and service offerings as well as key parts opportunities.
  • Update regional sales teams on existing AGT products/services, new products, business operations, MROC network, capabilities, and operating model etc…
  • Create key Customer plans and Regional Strategies to grow the Services business.


What You Bring (requirements)

  • Sufficient experience of Customer base in Energy sector in UK and Scandinavian Region (primarily O&G) as well as on Gas turbine / rotating machinery products.
  • Good presentation skills and experience in interface with senior management for strategy approvals.
  • Good analytical skills and expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and other Sales software (CRM/ Sales Force)
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize development of multiple complex opportunities simultaneously when required with focus on yearly Order Entry targets including book and bill requirements to meet revenue and profit targets.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures
  • A collaborative and pro-active nature

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
