The vision for the Regional Manager Org & Talent Transformation role is to build, evolve, and transform not only plans and processes but also our talent to take our organization to new and elevated levels of technology and capability as part of our “software enabled” digital transformation journey.

This role is fits with a broader Internal Communications, Engagement, Culture & Org, Talent Transformation team.

You will be responsible for
  • Reporting to the Global Director Org & Talent Transformation
  • Provide strategic organizational, and talent guidance to regional business partners
  • Largely influential while establishing close partnerships with HR and business leaders to build, evolve, and transform plans and processes to take our organization to new and elevated levels of technology and talent management capability in order to “Bring the Connected Enterprise to Life”
  • Will oversee the evolution of all org and talent processes for the region in full alignment with technology enabled enterprise solutions, including the assessment of current technical and non-technical talent capabilities, identification of future talent needs and development of targeted plans and processes to close talent gaps
  • Will also collaborate closely with other Regional Managers of Org and Talent Transformation and with regional HR Business Partners to deliver on critical organization and talent transformation priorities.

Essential Job Functions
  • Evaluate the regional state of talent and identify future focused technical and non-technical talent capabilities needed
  • Understand talent market themes via outside/in market intelligence, assess and benchmark technical & function specific capabilities to advise on workforce strategies and decisions for the region.
  • Provide guidance for regional org & talent reviews, process and tools to ensure clear and practical talent dialog around performance, development and succession
  • Oversee comprehensive framework for talent assessment at all levels to ensure accelerated development of key talent pools and pipeline.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand, plan and consult on org design needs
  • Scale regional Strategic Workforce Planning methodology
  • Operationalize strategy for technical and non-technical career pathing to support strategic talent development and deployment of future organizational roles
  • Implement learning and development strategy across the region for talent at all levels that focuses on transformational leadership capabilities ensuring program effectiveness and employee impact
  • Oversee regional new hire onboarding practices for all levels of employees based on enterprise framework and methodology
  • Optimize and role model talent management policies, practices and tools along all phases of the employee lifecycle to enhance the Rockwell employee experience
  • Foster a learning organization with on-going development opportunities for professional career coaching with targeted individual outcomes for behavioral and enhanced career effectiveness
  • Work collaboratively across the enterprise to enable the Rockwell People strategy to support the business strategic plan

Required Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience
  • 10-15 years of progressively responsible and successful leadership in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development and/or Human Resources
  • Bachelor of Science in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Korn Ferry experience
  • Experience working in software industry or related technical/technology industry
  • Experience from global manufacturing company with focus on EMEA
  • Demonstrated success in the essential job functions in larger scale talent & org transformation within a complex regional environment across multiple business units and diverse cultures.
  • Track record of thought leadership in organizational and talent management strategies, trends and processes that has enabled org transformation and business results across technology-based roles, processes, and work environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, HR and business leaders
  • Excellent consulting and negotiating skills based on innovative, practical and resourceful approaches to leading a regional talent management function
