Regional / Area Manager (Home Care)

Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster

Full time, Permanent

Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 per annum

Summary

Our client is looking for a care-centric individual with a desire to develop their operational skills and progress within their career. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Regional/Area Manager to join a welcoming & supportive organisation dedicated and committed to providing the best care possible.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set a positive example and play a key role in fostering strong working relationships, ensuring adherence to company values with team members, colleagues, and clients.
  • Oversee, analyze, and enhance performance within your branches and Live In service, consistently devising improvement strategies.
  • Communicate progress and agreed-upon action plans to the Regional Director.
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards throughout the region, prioritizing customer and caregiver satisfaction to bolster retention rates through exemplary service.
  • Conduct thorough performance monitoring and audits to maintain full compliance across all services.
  • Regularly update the Regional Director on performance metrics, detailing measures taken to address areas of weakness and capitalize on opportunities, while also providing progress reports on key projects.

Job Qualifications And Requirements

  • Experience in the domiciliary care sector.
  • Understanding of domiciliary care regulations, especially CQC standards.
  • Strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple branches, ideally 15+ sites.
  • Proven track record in turning around quality standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
