The Esland Group are now recruiting for a Regional Manager to join the team. We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable leader to join our family and support us in our mission to change children’s lives for the better.

Delivering alongside a skilled and professional regional team, where our young people are central to everything we do, you will be key to the development of current and new provisions.

We are looking for an innovative leader, able to provide outstanding levels of care, to ensure that our young people have the best possible life chances. You will bring extensive experience of working in a similar role in Care, in the private or public sector and a robust track record of leading senior teams with the ability to develop outstanding people and quality systems.

You will need a real eye for detail – understanding that our absolute commitment to the Safeguarding of our children and young people is our top priority. You will be able to demonstrate comprehensive experience of the Children’s Services Regulations, the environment we work in and the understanding that the safety of our children and young people is paramount.
