The role… We are currently recruiting for a Regional Facilities Manager for the Devon and Cornwall Region. Management and delivery of aspects of planned and reactive maintenance plus minor capital works within a defined regional area to required quality standards and within agreed budgets. Ensuring that the existing estate is maintained efficiently and effectively in compliance with all statutory obligations, and all issues arising are dealt with promptly and to the satisfaction of our operational customers. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, be an effective communicator and possess excellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulations. Someone who is organised in their work and reacts quickly and effectively when required. Working as part of a team, you will be required to liaise directly with outsourced contractors and suppliers. Previous experience of working within a leisure environment including working with spas and swimming pools would be desirable.
