About Our Client

A globally recognised organisation who operate in the financial services. They have a portfolio of over 100 offices across the UK and are looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee circa 30 of these for the South West Region.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Job Description

Reporting to the UK Head of Facilities you will be responsible for total FM for 30 sites across the South East of England. You will have direct management responsibility for 5 staff (Facilities Managers & Maintenance Operatives) as well as management of external FM service providers. You will be responsible for ensuring the sites are fully compliant and fit for purpose at all times and ensuring business continuity issues are managed effectively.

The organisation is rapidly expanding through new acquisitions, therefore the property portfolio is continuously evolving and delivering new challenges to the property team.

This is a hybrid role requiring a mixture of home working, head office and site visits on a weekly basis.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience working in a multi-site FM role, ideally within a corporate environment
  • Facilities Management accrediation (IWFM / BIFM)
  • Able to demonstrate understanding of hard (M&E) / soft services
  • Able to communicate with key stakeholders
  • Experience managing both internal facilities staff and external contractors
  • Excellent financial management skills
  • IOSH / NEBOSH Qualification
