Join us on the journey and make a positive difference.Reporting to the Commercial Director, the post-holder will be responsible for managing a regional commercial team of Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Administrators. Complying with the processes of the company management system, to maximise margins, control cost, and manage commercial risk across the broad spread of framework and non-framework clients and contracts, the Regional Commercial Manager will be responsible for all the pre-contract and post contract commercial activities of the team. In addition, the post-holder will be responsible for employee engagement and succession pipelining. You will work in line with our core values and role model our sustainability culture.We are looking for a blend of commercial acumen and team leadership ability that can deliver with impact. You should have experience of enabling project delivery teams to meet margin, and proven team leadership capability.We are looking for someone with excellent communications skills. Someone who can lead a small team of engaged professionals, ensuring productivity and high performance. You’ll need to be a skilled Quantity Surveyor or Commercial manager who is willing to get stuck in and ensure top class commercial administration on framework and one-off contracts.This role covers the North of Englandand some overnighters will be part of the job.
