Regional Care Trainer

Location: York and Goole regions.

Contract: Full-Time, permanent contract

Salary: £22,000 per annum

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am -5pm (plus every other weekend as back up support)

Lotus Home Care are looking for an outstanding Regional Care Trainer in the Yorkarea as well as other branches in the region. Travel will be required.

The Regional Care Trainer job objectives and responsibilities

  • Reporting to the training manager daily
  • Travel to different branches to deliver training to staff

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience within the Domiciliary sector for at least 1 year
  • Health and Social care Level 3 NVQ
  • Train the trainer qualification in moving and handling.classroom setting.
  • Good knowledge with IT
  • Be confident to deliver training to staff in a classroom environment
  • Driving licence and own vehicle is essential
  • Business insurance for your car (or be willing to obtain this)
  • Able to do on call duties and every other weekend to cover any sickness
