The UK’s No.1 Spa and Skincare Brand ELEMIS are looking for an experienced Regional Business Manager to support an existing account portfolio in Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridge, Bedford and Northamptonshire. Experience selling in to spas essential.

Benefits

  • Up to £35k basic
  • OTE £54k
  • £500 per month car allowance
  • 1% commission on monthly revenue target
  • 2% commission over monthly revenue target

Responsibilities

· Build strong relationships with accounts by selling and promoting the benefits of the brand

· Achieve set KPI’s and targets as outlined by the Head of Spa and Salon

· Effectively plan and manage a portfolio of spa and salon accounts within allocated region

· Provide a commercially focused business/marketing/training/activation plan to drive sales

· Inspire spa/salon partners, instilling brand/product knowledge initiatives through workshops/events

· Ensure assigned account portfolio conforms to brand standards by monitoring social media/website

· Work in conjunction with the Sales Managers to drive incremental revenue

· Build strong relationships within the Spa industry by attending networking events and trade shows

· Maximise time management and minimise business costs by executing an effective journey plan

Requirements

· Proven track record in a field based spa and salon sales role

· Beauty therapy qualification at least to NVQ level 3 or equivalent desirable

· Excellent communication and relationship building skills

· General computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Full, clean driving license
