Regional Build Manager- Fibre Telecoms- North

We are looking for a Regional Build Manager for one of our leading clients based in North .

The ideal candidate will have the following skills / qualities:

• 3-5 years demonstrable fibre project delivery management experience
• Strong team and matrix management experience with remote / field-based staff, able to motivate your team and 3rd party partners
• Experienced managing Build Assurance Engineers/Delivery Managers
• Experience of fibre-based telecommunications – FTTH, FTTx ( essential)
• Familiarity with contracts and performance management of same
• Thorough understanding of NRSWA
• Background in Civils, including the management of noticing, trenching, and reinstatement works
• Reporting and auditing capabilities, with a completer-finisher mindset and attention to detail
• Experience managing escalations and prioritising resolution, without impacting on the overall works program
• Good understanding of project management principles, including planning
• Great communication and influencing skills
• Strong network build management background and a solid understanding of engineering principles
• Experience liaising with local authorities in works applications, audit, and rectification
• Good IT skills – self sufficient in MS Office Suite, with ability to learn other technical packages and in HSE systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
