ALS People are looking for candidates to work as Refuse Loaders / Waste Collectors for a well-known Recycling Company in Chelveston (NN9 area).If you enjoy working outdoors, it might be a great opportunity for you!Duties
  • Providing a daily refuse service
  • Loading bins and bags into Refuse Vehicle
  • Using a mechanical bin lift where applicable (you need to be physically fit to lift bags and collect wheeled bins)
  • Working on your feet all day (it is a physically demanding role)
  • Working in all weather conditions
  • Working as a part of a small team
About The Candidate
  • Previous experience is desirable but not mandatory as a full training will be provided
  • Must be physically fit to carry out all duties
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 6am - approx. 3pm
  • Occasional Saturdays
Pay Rates
  • Basic rate: £9.50/h
  • Overtime above 42.5h: £14.25
