Level 3 Digital Marketer

Weekly Hours Worked:9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary:£5.20 per hour to be reviewed in 3 months, then again in a further 3 months

Driving license is preferable.

About the company:

We are a small team here at Lichfield Safe Centre and teamwork is important. Whilst we all have our own specific duties related to our skills and expertise, it is important that we all ‘muck-in’ and undertake the general duties that we can all do – e.g., make the tea, clean, greet visitors etc. We are also a growing business, and the detail of this job description will evolve and change as the business grows, through conversation and practice. Brief job description:

Understanding the products which we sell within the Business and to be able to help clients select the correct safe for their personal requirements.

Job Description/ Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

  • Communicate with clients by phone, face to face and by email, agreeing the best products to suit the client’s needs.
  • Process orders: a. Enter client information into accounting system Sage 1, b. Set customer file up, c. Create an invoice, d. Take payment, e. Organise delivery note, and f. Pass client details over to Logistics to book in for delivery and installation.
  • Analyse sales and stock from Sage 1, reporting any issues to MD.
  • Analyse Google Adwords Analysis and the SEO - to better formulate a Marketing & Branding plan for LSC.
  • Carry out market research to understand Client buying demographics.
  • Update website with new products, changes in products etc
  • Work with Director on overall Business As Usual LSC Marketing and Branding Plan plus, individual Marketing and Branding Plans for Specialised Tailored and Bespoke Safes, Gun Cabinets, Vaults, Panic Rooms and other Security Products so that each element of LSC Branding and Marketing is cohesive throughout the individual plans to have a One Brand for the company
  • Support Director with exhibitions, shows, marketing events, including liaising with Logistics Manager on the marketing plan of how to best get products safely to and from events
  • Design and co-ordinate Brochures/Leaflets & Marketing Material
  • Develop a social media marketing plan to be agreed with Director. Implement plan daily in line with marketing plan. Reviewed monthly for success and amend accordingly by review of analysis of data and recommendations for improvements to be added/amended within Social Media Marketing Plan
  • Support with pro-active charity fund raising plans (New Charity for LSC support to be agreed annually by LSC Team)
  • Support Accounts and Logistic Managers when asked by Director
  • Share in general administrative duties.
  • Carry out any reasonable request from a director, manager, or colleague – this could include cleaning, attending events, shopping for supplies etc.
  • Maintain a healthy and safe environment for yourself, colleagues, and visitors – reporting and dealing with any hazards as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

  • Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
  • Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
  • Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
