Your New Company

Working for this well known commercial business, you will be supporting operations across the UK. Working as part of a larger resourcing / recruitment team, you will ensure that they are able to attract, recruit and retain the very best talent into the business.

Your new role

Reporting into the Head of Resourcing, you will work in close partnership with the resourcing managers. Supporting a specific business unit, your role will over see the end to end recruitment lifecycle for all roles within that business area. This will include engaging with stakeholders and scoping requirements, through to sourcing, interview management and offers.

Whilst you have the ongoing support of the team, this role offers autonomy and full ownership of the recruitment process.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who has managed the full end to end recruitment process. Candidate and stakeholder is experience is key to this team - so we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing the best possible service.
