Working as part of our Central Recruitment Team within Servoca Plc’s healthcare recruitment businesses - Firstpoint Healthcare and Servoca Nursing and Care - you will play an essential part in our candidate attraction and retention strategies, which ultimately drive our growth and national expansion.

Our team of recruitment resourcers will work closely with our branch network to understand their business needs and provide proactive resourcing support. They will ensure all vacancies are consistently advertised across a number of platforms including job boards, social media and locally to branches.

Role Specific Skills

Using a blend of advertising, social media and recruitment events (when permitted) you will actively direct source candidates from online job boards, social media and CV searches.

By working with our regional branches you will help to build, maintain and grow a large database of quality registered candidates. You will manage the candidate resourcing journey to include regular contact, accurate information and timely feedback. Our resourcing advisers will be the first contact many candidate have with us, so a professional, friendly and efficient service is a real priority. Especially when you are organising, arranging and conducting candidate pre-screens and interviews.

Working with the central compliance team, you will ensure that registered candidates are fully cleared for work to "Quality Mark" standard by pro-actively seeking references, evidence of Right to Work in the UK and Professional Registration in order to satisfy internal and external compliance requirements.

To ensure your new candidates are ready to work, you will target your recruitment around each branches need; liaising with and exchanging information relating to new registrations with colleagues across departments where appropriate to ensure a positive experience.

  • Self-motivated with an ability to plan and prioritise their own workload.
  • Proactive search techniques and creative resourcing.
  • An understanding of client and candidate confidentiality
