We are an innovative business with a fresh approach to the recruitment market.It’s a great opportunity to join a motivated, fun, and unique team that is very different from the typical recruitment office.We have a great team dynamic and are looking for someone who wants to build a rewarding career in a positive enjoyable supportive environment.The RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant, you will predominantly provide support to Recra key accounts:
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and conducting telephone, video, and face-to-face interviews.
  • Directly engaging candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including social media.
  • Keeping an existing candidate database up to date and recording information accurately at all times.
  • Developing a network of candidates across the UK.
  • Advertising and dealing with advert response.
  • They are performing general administrative duties, requesting and monitoring documentation.
  • Constantly contribute and assist in the team’s achievement of targets.
Skills & Experience
  • To be suitable for the position of Recruitment Resourcer you will have a positive attitude, be able to communicate well at all levels and be interested in helping people, and have your own unique personality.
  • Strong administration, telephone, and customer service skills, and experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a drive to succeed.
  • Target-driven and able to motivate other team members.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work proactively on my own initiative as well as within a close-knit team.
  • Excellent communication abilities - both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
  • Be motivated by results and a job well done.
