Eurocell Plc are a dynamic manufacturer, distributor, and recycler of building products, and we serve the nation via our network of over 200 retail branches across the UK. We know that our people are our greatest asset, and we are delighted to be growing our busy Resourcing Team, as we have an urgent requirement for an experienced Recruitment Partner to be the primary stakeholder contract for our population of Hiring Managers within our Trade Branch Network. The role requires pace, accuracy and gravitas, to ensure that our Hiring Managers and Candidates receive the best service at all times, whilst being provided with timely and accurate updates, and meaningful reporting to accompany best in class recruitment campaigns and talent provision.

Duties Include
  • Managing the end to end recruitment for a number of live vacancies, including senior and new branch roles
  • Acting as the primary contact for Stakeholders
  • Collaboratively developing and delivering a suite of meaningful metrics
  • Proactive engagement with our hiring population
  • Engaging with hiring managers to elicit a full vacancy brief, and agreeing and managing timelines
  • Applying the most effective talent attraction strategies and methods for each vacancy
  • Delivering a transactional recruitment model that meets the growing resource requirements
  • Networking and building a talent pipeline
  • Working with selected third party suppliers, monitoring performance, costs and quality of service provisions through agreed performance metrics
  • Providing high levels of customer service and support to our Hiring Managers, and candidates
  • Writing and advertising job vacancies
  • Obtaining and conveying up to date candidate and vacancy details to relevant stakeholders
  • Shortlisting and submitting CVs to Hiring Managers
  • Arranging interviews, and obtaining and conveying interview feedback
  • Working with the wider Resourcing Team
  • Proactively resourcing suitable candidates via LinkedIn, existing candidate talent pools, and job board CV databases
Applicants Should Be Able To Demonstrate
  • Previous recruitment partnering experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Previous high volume recruitment / resourcing experience (previous exposure to a large, multi-site, multi-brand organisation could be an advantage, but is not essential)
  • Experience and knowledge of employment and recruitment legislation
  • A highly communicative and customer focussed working style
  • A motivated and positively minded outlook
  • Experience of optimising recruitment technologies, continuous improvement initiatives and other data based intelligence systems could be a distinct advantage
  • A self-starting personality with strong organisational skills who thrives on the challenge that comes with such a multi-site, multi brand business such as the Eurocell Group
  • Excellent time management abilities, with the ability to prioritise within a dynamic environment
