Recruitment Manager – 12 Month FTC
Up to £73,000
London

My client is an award winning, leading international law firm with a strong global footprint, looking to hire a Recruitment Manager to join the London team on a 12 month FTC basis.


The Recruitment Manager will support on the full recruitment process for Partners and fee earners, the key duties will include:


  • Manage Recruitment process through entire lifecycle
  • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Analyse recruitment requirements
  • Manage multiple recruitment channels and suppliers
  • Support across direct recruitment where applicable
  • Support project work
  • Develop and improve the candidate experience
  • Attend events
  • Work closely with the Diversity & Inclusion team
  • Work closely with the wider Recruitment team

The Recruitment Manager will have excellent academics and significant experience of managing a lateral recruitment lifecycle gained through agency and/or in-house. The right candidate will ideally have legal experience and will be well organised and articulate. They will have experience working within a global function as well as possessing robust negotiation skills. They will be able to positively impact a team and be able to confidently make decisions, as well as have experience in managing others.
