Location: Smart working with an office based in Hessle, East Yorkshire

Salary: £45 – 65k plus bonus

Contract type: Full-time staff (40 hours per week)

About the Role:

This is a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced and ambitious professional who would like to set the strategy and develop a recruitment organisation in an existing Design & Engineering business that is currently going through rapid growth

As our Recruitment Manager we will count on you to leverage your extensive recruitment background to lead our talent acquisition, in support of our external clients and internal management teams as well as attracting, recruiting, and onboarding the highest quality talent into our business.

As the Recruitment Leader within the business, you’ll be able to propose the growth strategy, recruit and drive you and your team to the next level.

It is essential applicants for this role must have high levels of credibility within the recruitment industry sector and have a strong drive to deliver excellence and scale. The individual must also have a history of developing a high-performance culture and impacting change, as well as impressive management skills; with the ability to clearly communicate your objectives and vision for the business, and the end goal of what success looks like.

The successful candidate will focus on providing clients with an industry leading technical recruitment service across the following markets:

· Oil and Gas (all areas)

· Petrochemicals

· Pharmaceuticals

· Food Industry

· Renewables

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Management team as we are growing demand faster than we can serve currently.

About you

Essential:

• More than 5 years recruitment management experience.
• A long-standing record of high billing and repeat business.
• Demonstrable success and progression in your career.
• Experience in leading and growing a recruitment team.
• In-depth knowledge of a ‘niche’ within the recruitment industry.
• Commercially minded, with strong business acumen and management skills to increase revenue month over month.
• Drive and passionate to be the best leader you can be.
• Demonstrable management experience with a ‘team-player’ approach
• Naturally able to maintain a high level of personal accountability, integrity and authenticity.
• You and the team will build strong and positive relationships always portraying the Axi values and employer brand.
• You will be familiar with legislation and governance that underpins great recruitment
• You will have proven experience of recruitment development and of managing a delivery team.
• You will be passionate about excellent customer service and building candidate relationships.
• You will have a keen eye for detail and will hold governance and accuracy with high regard.
• You’ll be innovative, curious and creative to support in developing new approaches to recruitment and resourcing and be ambitious to introduce continuous improvements.
• Prior experience in Engineering, Oil & gas and Renewables
