We are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our exciting team, to manage and coordinate the recruitment process within our fast-paced business.

This is a really exciting role for an ambitious individual, who is looking to make this role their own and to take recruitment in Care to the next level. The right candidate will have an interest in processes, administration and a creative flare with a great eye for detail. They must have a can-do attitude and be able to manage their own workload to appropriate timescales. The candidate will need to be able to work well in a team environment but also individually.

Based in Horley (free parking on site)

37.5 hours between 9am and 5:30pm Monday - Friday

Salary is £25,000.00

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Posting, renewing and maintaining job adverts online and in print and phone screening applicants
  • Arranging interviews and running the interview process
  • Following the relevant processes to conduct employment checks on employees
  • Pre-employment set up for all new starters on all online systems

Requirements:

  • Basic HR knowledge
  • Excellent communication both verbally and written
  • Creative flair desirable but not essential
  • Confident in Microsoft Office programmes (Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher)
  • Full driving licence preferable but not essential
