Salary: 22-35k - plus annual bonus, monthly commission, monthly competitions

The essential bits...

An inquisitive nature, with lots of ambition and the desire to do a great job representing your candidates and clients to make those essential connections.
Research skills - goes without saying to know our candidates and clients really well we need to know everything about them past, present and future to represent them in an accurate and well executed way
Exceptional communications to manage existing clients and candidates to ensure that they are kept fully informed of what is going on at all time
5* candidate and client service - we want our candidates and clients to respect and trust you to deliver 100%. You are their go to
Write engaging and informative CV’s - no stone left unturned to ensure each candidate is represented to the very highest standards.
A good recruiter is someone who challenges candidates and clients (and not forgetting us) - in an informed and constructive way.
Finally, being "inquisitive" goes with the territory - we make great detectives!
Ideal but not essential?

Previous experience as a recruiter, marketer or media sales
A good commercial knowledge to deliver results quickly
Ability to acquire new business - how to find it, chase it down and convert it
