  • As a professional person in the field of aviation, you will look after and advise applicants
  • You will be responsible for personnel selection and applicant management
  • Conduct job interviews with qualified applicants
  • Together with our other Recruitment Consultants, you will work on existing client requirements, introduce candidates to our customers and be the professional interface between the candidate and the company Your skills:
  • Experience in permanent employment - if you have junior experience please also apply!
  • Aviation experience would be an advantage
  • An open-minded and interesting personality
  • A high degree of commitment and service orientation
  • Very good communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
