This is an exciting time to join our Temporary Division on a HOT desk that has been built specifically for this role, due to internal promotion we are further looking to expand our team within the temporary market, this is a fast-paced role and one that would suit candidates who have a desire to work in a busy role.

Location:Soham, CB75BA

Hours: 40 hours per week (Flexible start and finish times - 2 days working remotely)

Salary:£Negotiable DOE

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure job opportunities with both new and existing clients
  • Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements
  • Develop and manage client and candidate relationships
  • Identify, progress and convert sales leads as required
  • Manage and proactively develop client relationships
  • Establish and agree terms and conditions of service
  • Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
  • Monitor responses/applications received
  • Make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
  • Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against job vacancies
  • Manage the recruitment and selection processes
  • Ensure all necessary administration, payment and aftercare services are accurate
  • Comply with company management systems, payroll and billing policies and procedures
  • Develop expertise of market rates and conditions within your sector
  • Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates and clients
  • Conducting regular service reviews with both clients and candidates

Skills And Experience Required
  • Previous experience recruitment with a desire to work in the temporary division is essential
  • Self-motivated approach to work with a Tenacious and resilient attitude
  • Ambitious, driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives
  • Problem solving, in influencing, questioning and listening skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required with managing a temporary desk
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
