A well-known and extremely successful Financial Services recruitment business, established in 1992, we have earnt an exceptional reputation in the space but owing to significant and positive managerial changes within the business the company relocated its head office to the South West in 2020 and is now looking for an Experienced Financial Services Recruiter to grow their Bath office, but with a hybrid working model.If you are you looking for a fresh challenge with a potential career path into management, this is an ideal and exciting career opportunity? As an established and leading Financial Services recruitment business, we have a strong client portfolio consisting of large multi-nationals and global FinTechs to small IFA practices, with hundreds of live vacancies and some enviable PSL agreements. These will be warm desks with multiple roles and great fees to get you off the ground and started.To be seriously considered, you would need to demonstrate the following:3 years minimum experience in either Financial Services, Accountancy or Technology recruitment.Ability to establish, drive and maintain candidate relationships to ensure a professional end to end recruitment experience.Can operate with speed and energy to ensure candidates are engaged throughout, understanding the need to deliver for both client and candidate.Ensure compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process.Maintain existing and grow client portfolio.Utilise all digital sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Facebook and Job-Boards) to best commercial practice and ensure the appropriate route to market is used at all times.CRM system maintenance to ensure information is accurate at all times.Adhoc recruitment projects i.e. recruitment campaign management.Proactive use of social media.External: Candidates in the market - passive and active. Client stakeholders where appropriate.Internal: Management teamwork with and towards the achievement of business growth plans. Recruitment team – support and collaborate when working on key accounts.This is a growth role, with the opportunity to grow with the business.
