VIDA (that’s us) are expanding and want to find some talented recruiters to join the business to be a major part of the next phase of the businesses development. VIDA is private equity backed, has the support and backing of a RPO led business (MBA) and is run like a fast growing independent recruitment business - autonomy, flexibility, ambitious and proven at what is does globally.

We have a great role for any recruiter who has got in to the market, found their feet but now wants to work on global accounts, support on search projects and help build our presence in new territories.

VIDA have a great track record across medtech - particularly in cardiology and vascular therapy areas. We have a strong client base which is continuing to expand and the level of roles continues to increase. We are looking to invest behind these clients with a team focus and need that additional recruiter or recruiters to join the team to ensure we deliver all roles briefed and more!

We would love to find someone with a knowledge and passion for medical device recruitment who sees this step to get them in to an amazing therapy area (with roles fed to you!) but we would also love to speak to passionate recruiters who are doing a great job in perm recruitment (or contract) who want an opportunity to get in to this sector.
