Excell Supply is a leading education recruitment specialist working with over 250 schools across North Wales, Wirral & Cheshire. We have exciting opportunity’s for Education Recruitment Consultant’s to join the team in our branch in Wirral supplying staff across Wirral and Liverpool and Cheshire West.
These are full 360-degree Recruitment Consultant roles with the opportunity to earn a fantastic bonus on, what we believe, is the best commission scheme in the industry. The ideal candidate’s will already have sector experience; however, we will consider applicants with sales experience showing competencies in account management, business development and new business/cold calling sales. You will be strong willed, a great team player, ambitious and be determined to succeed in a fast paced and competitive environment.

Package
  • Basic salary of £20,000 to £40,000 depending on experience (neg)
  • Excellent Commission

  • Office hours 7.30am-5pm, Flexible hours during non-term time
  • Employee benefits package including Private Healthcare after a qualifying period
  • 25 days annual leave (increasing to 33 after a qualifying period)
