Purpose / Objectives

Your purpose as a Recruitment Consultant at CoTalent is to effectively manage Technology and IT talent and fill live job requirements with clients in collaboration with our consultants.

Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for generating leads to help our consultants win new business

Starting as a Candidate Manager until the resource function is perfected, your role includes candidate networking, talent pooling and assisting Senior Recruiters.
