Now is the perfect time to join R2R People as we expand our team. Since we were founded in late 2019 we have been on a constant growth trajectory, growing from 3 employees to 18.

We are looking for a passionate individual to carry out a 360-recruitment role across the private sector. You will develop and nurture new relationships with prospective clients and candidates while supporting long-standing partnerships.

R2R People are different, we are people-focused and values-driven. We empower and trust employees to make decisions regarding their given business area. We offer people the opportunity and freedom to identify a business sector/niche and develop it with ongoing support from Managers and the wider team.

About you

  • Aligned to our four core values – Trust, people-focused, bold, and kind.
  • A proven track record of successful recruitment in either internal recruitment, RPO, or agency role.
  • Strong ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships at all levels.
  • Experience working with different job boards and Boolean searches.
  • Public sector, healthcare, social care experience would be desirable but not essential.
