TRANSPORT RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Based in CANNOCK, Staffordshire.

THE COMPANY
Having celebrated our 21st Anniversary in 2020, Proactive Personnel is enjoying a year of significant growth and we are now looking for dynamic and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our ‘Proactive family’!
We have a team of over 110 great people supplying quality staff to our client groups throughout the UK from 11 offices in and around Shropshire, the North West, the East & West Midlands and beyond.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
• Sales – prospecting / B2B cold calling
• Business Development
• Account Management
• Presenting, prospecting and negotiating with clients
• Candidate sourcing, attraction, registration and vetting
• Face to face meetings with clients and candidates
• Providing out of hours mobile phone support (rota basis)

Requirements:
• Previous Transport or Industrial recruitment industry experience
• Commitment to provide a first class service to our clients and candidates
• A confident outgoing professional who is committed to succeed
• Proven track record that will demonstrate previous sales success and business development
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• A self-starter with a tenacious approach
• An engaging personality - positive attitude and good sense of humour is key!
• A full UK driving license is essential
