Matthew Tucker, European Contracts Director, boasts ten years of recruitment experience within Barrington James, progressing from consultant to his current position on the board. He was awarded ’Sales Person of the Year’ in year one and has qualified for our most prestige incentive: ’High Rollers’ 7/8 times. Matthew has developed numerous £500K+ billers, managers, directors, and award-winners in the business and is now seeking recruitment consultants to join his function.

The European Contracts Division never fails to deliver on vacancies which require senior and niche advisors for cutting-edge pharmaceutical trials and projects. This is a particularly fast-paced and entrepreneurial function which rewards hard work with fees unseen elsewhere in the recruitment industry.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing niche, high-caliber candidates for mid-to-senior level vacancies across your vertical within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process
  • Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies
