You are ideally looking for a role looking where you can focus your time on delivering brilliant service to key accounts and building relationships as our Recruitment Consultant/Contracts Account Manager. This role will be based at our Torbay offices and on site at our key clients in Newton Abbot and Paignton.We’re welcoming people to apply to join our BIT ANT team, and would suit those who want to enjoy a busy role, in a buzzing recruitment enviroment with a bunch of friendly and supportive colleagues.Your daily duties will involve sourcing and matching candidates, be the first point of contact for our some of our accounts. You will pride yourself on creating a brilliant, positive experience for our clients as well as our applicants looking for that next temporary or permanent postion.Key responsibilities & accountabilities:- To build brilliant working relationships with key Account Customers to achieve recruitment goals.
  • To have a deep understanding of business activity and financials
  • Supporting with actively and pro-actively sourcing quality candidates across various platforms
  • Learning and understanding positions within the Accounts to successfully match candidates in terms of skills, experience,
  • Enjoy building relationship and visiting clients face to face.
  • Attitude and company culture fit- Updating recruitment database with all activities and communications
  • Managing and ensuring availability of candidates across skill sets
  • Conducting pre-screen and candidate interviews
  • Managing compliance prior to applicants being offered roles
  • Liaising with successful/unsuccessful applicants for temp and perm positions
  • Managing ongoing candidate documentation, including holiday requests/ P45
  • Supporting with payroll and ensuring all timesheets are submitted on time and accurately completed
  • Arranging and carrying out new and service visits
  • Providing regular reports to Team Manager
  • Conducting regular catch up’s with key account customers
  • Creating and sharing ideas on to improve staff retention, client and
  • On-site service visits to existing clients to enhance understanding, build relationships and explore opportunities
  • Conduct, collate and document regular exit interviews and business feedback surveys
  • Build relationships and influence candidates through providing regular communications and brilliant levels of service.
  • To support with out of hours calls on a rota basis
  • To manage all internal and external verbal and written communications with promptness and professionalisam
