The role

  • Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements.
  • Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs.
  • Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies.
  • Bringing on new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry.
  • Provide advice on the job market.
  • Search & select candidates for placement into positions.
  • Producing professional cv profiles to be used in client marketing.
  • Achievement of weekly targets and KPIs

The person

· Previous recruitment experience.

· Demonstrate integrity, accountability and be highly driven.

· Skilled in creating long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with new businesses.

· Have a no-nonsense approach and strive to deliver excellence.

· You will be independent and prefer to manage your own time with little supervision – we don’t micromanage!

· Have a full clean driving licence.
