The role

Working in partnership with businesses, you will help them to grow by sourcing the very best people to join their teams.

  • Using business development skills, marketing techniques, and networking to build your personal brand and engage with businesses
  • Visiting clients to build and develop relationships
  • Working in partnership with your clients, as an extension of their business; understanding their industry, what they do, and their work culture and environment
  • Creation of job descriptions and marketing your vacancies appropriately to gain the most reach
  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in employment
  • Using candidate databases to proactively reach candidates and identify their career goals
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
  • Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client and informing candidates about the results of their interviews
  • Representing NXT at networking events and with community projects

What we’re looking for

You will be willing to learn, have drive and enthusiasm and be able to deliver and maintain excellent standards throughout whilst also always ensuring strict confidentiality.

Also:

  • Due to the nature of the role, you must have a full UK driving licence and your own transport
  • The ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
