Based in Carmarthen, we provide a welcoming, fun and supportive work environment. The Opportunity Due to continued organic growth within the businesses, we are seeking a new recruit to join the team. The ideal applicant would be an experienced Recruitment Consultant. Due to the HOT DESK we are seeking to fill, you will be given your own clients to manage from the start. There are great earnings attached to this role due to our market-leading commission scheme. This is a great opportunity for anybody in the local area to join a growing team and help shape the culture of our new Regional Office in Wales. Whoever is successfully awarded this role will form the future leadership within the team there. Because of the nature of the on-the-job training that comes with this role, we can only consider applicants that are happy to be fully office-based. The Role The role of Recruitment Consultant is dynamic and varied; giving you the opportunity to make a true impact on all areas of the business. You will be working within the Nursing Recruitment Team. Will also have opportunities to support the teams across PRO Nursing Healthcare, Velox and PRO Nursing Homecare, and you will have access to opportunities within those teams as they continue to grow. With full support and mentoring, you will be:-Sourcing Nurses, pre-screening them and managing a pipeline of new workers
  • Engaging with our Social Media output
  • Working in partnership with our Compliance Team to chase candidates for required documents
  • Identifying client requirements and creating, posting & managing great job adverts across a range of job boards
  • Utilising client portals to book candidates into shifts
  • Represent our agency at both client and candidate events
  • Assisting with business development as and when opportunities arise What We’re Looking For Our ideal applicant will be:
