The Role: Chance of a life time - Recruitment Consultant / Customer Service Person – Helping people to better their lives.

Delivering the highest possible standard of customer service to both our candidates and our clients.

Working in our Scunthorpe office as a Recruitment Consultant you will be working throughout Scunthorpe and surrounding areas.

Offer help, guidance and support to our candidates throughout their job search from advising on their CV, discussing job opportunities and helping to prepare for interviews

Work with the up most professionalism and respect for colleagues, clients and candidates and deliver results.

Match candidates to the right jobs and so fill vacancies within the commercial sector and in both temporary and permanent placements.

Ensure all accompanying administration is complete and accurate and that the in-house database is updated consistently with all communications and activity.

The Candidate: for our Recruitment Consultant Role

Attitude – We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a ‘’Can Do Attitude’’ to the highest of customer service standards.

You will be ambitious, motivated and driven to exceed our current standards delivering exceptional results.

We all work really quickly here and we are looking for someone to join our team. No two days are the same.

You will be a ’people’s person’ with the ability to build rapport and trust with both clients, candidates and within your team.

A team player who can work in teams and also on their own.

Due to the exciting nature of recruitment, you will be flexible and willing to go above and beyond expectations for our customers.

We are not clock watchers and we also like to have fun, we are all so proud of each other and the work we all do – our usual working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and the will be additional hours as required to service our candidates and clients. You are never alone at Red, we are a team that supports each other.

Candidates must also have their own car as you will be required to travel to visit clients.
