Contract: Permanent, full time
Location: South Bristol Skills Academy, Hengrove

City of Bristol College is seeking to appoint an organised and proactive Recruitment and HR Assistant to work within our busy HR team. You will work closely with managers to process all recruitment for the College, including advertising, organising interviews and processing post interview paperwork. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining excellent working relationships with recruitment agencies, particularly our preferred suppliers.
In addition, this role involves being part of the administration team that processes new starter paperwork for our subsidiary business (Partners in Bristol) and general HR administration, as and when required. You will also act as a note taker at disciplinary and grievance investigations, and will have the opportunity take part in ad-hoc Recruitment and HR projects. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in progressing their career within HR.
You will be a highly organised and efficient administrator with a confident communication style and the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships, both across the College and externally with our preferred supplier list of recruiters. Experience of working in a busy environment and an excellent telephone manner is essential.
