Position Overview

The key purpose is to deliver a streamline recruitment process within the EMEA region as required by the business. The HR Recruiter will manage the identification, qualification, sourcing and interviewing of candidates to a defined recruitment cycle time, ensuring a consistent calibre of applicants whilst retaining recruitment costs within budgetary guidelines.

The role will require the individual to attract, screen and support the selection and on boarding of qualified and suitable personnel to full the job vacancies within the given branch / region. The overall goal is to attract top talent in order to gain competitive advantage thereby enhancing the company’s growth whilst consistently promoting the company’s reputation as ¿best place to work".

To achieve this purpose it is key that the individual has the ability to build networks is key not only across differing industries to appeal to top talent but utilises all tools available such social media in order to ensure the optimum positioning of the Company.

Ideally graduate educated with minimum of five year’s work experience within a recruiting environment, the ideal candidate will be able to display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to multi task whilst retaining attention to details.

They should possess a proactive outlook with robust interviewing skills and have the ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines
